It’s a “roving culinary adventure.” They travel the US and set up long, communal tables at farms, gardens, islands, ranches, really any outdoor location. Ingredients for the four-course meal are usually from local farms. Dinner is paired with wine. Diners start with a cocktail hour and tour of the farm or venue. During dinner diners listen as the chef presents his/her menu.
